Natalie Fazio
Hi, I’m Natalie.
Reaching out for therapy can feel really vulnerable. You may have been carrying things on your own for a long time, trying to push through, hold everything together, or make sense of feelings that feel overwhelming at times. Maybe you’re struggling with anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, school or work pressures, self-esteem, or a life transition that’s left you feeling uncertain or emotionally exhausted. Or maybe you’re simply looking for a space to let your thoughts out, process your experiences, and feel listened to. Whatever brings you here, you don’t have to go through it alone.
I aim to offer a space that feels warm, supportive, and genuinely human, somewhere you can slow down, exhale a little, and feel heard without judgment or pressure. You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting therapy, we can simply begin with where you are.
My approach is collaborative, gentle, and client-centred. I draw from evidence-informed approaches including Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, while always tailoring the process to your unique needs, experiences, and goals.
I work with pre-teens, teens, and adults experiencing anxiety, emotional overwhelm, self-esteem challenges, relationship difficulties, and stress connected to school, work, or major life changes.
Above all, I want therapy to feel like a place where you can show up exactly as you are, whether that means overwhelmed, uncertain, emotional, guarded, or simply tired from carrying so much on your own. Together, we can gently explore what’s been coming up for you and work toward greater clarity, self-understanding, and meaningful change at a pace that feels supportive and manageable.
